Marc Piollet conducts the Junge Sinfonie Berlin
Again in 2024, Marc Piollet conducted the symphony orchestra he founded as a student, the Junge Sinfonie Berlin. The annual rehearsal phase with a final concert is a kind of elixir of life for him. The enthusiasm and immediate feedback from the young music students as well as ambitious students and young professionals from other disciplines recharge his batteries. In this project too, Marc Piollet has succeeded with his rousing musical commitment in bringing the joy of making music together to a concert evening with extraordinary motivation and a high musical level.

Marc Piollet is a versatile maestro: Not only does he regularly conduct big opera productions with stellar casts, but also takes care of musical education when working with the ”Junge Sinfonie”, a youth orchestra founded by him in 1989. His various activities are presented in a short film, produced in 2015 by Bernhard von Hülsen. This portrait gives wonderful insights into the work and thoughts of Marc Piollet!
